About Pen Drive

 In order to copy a huge data files it was a big problem to us.
 In 5.1/2 floppy’s the capacity is less and so we can't copy the huge data.
 Then 1.44mb capacity of 3.25 inch floppy was introduced but it didn’t solve the problem not much of that except.
 By introducing the CD's some what the problem was solved. Because of the high capacity, less failure rates and better backup transfer is obtained.
 But there is a small problem in this also.
 In order to copy the data we need CD Burner.
 Ordinary CD drive is not enough for this.
 Another point is when we copy the data on the CD it takes time.
 In order to solve this Microsoft processor and integrated circuit technology has developed a removable storage media, out of which pen drive is one of it's technology.
 In order to copy the data we need only the USB port, where we connect the pen drive with in low time.
 USB port was developed in 1995.
 Intel, Microsoft, Robotics and Philips started using and producing the pen drives
 Apple computers introduced at 1998 may 11. Like Bondi Blue IMAC GB computer introduced first USB port.

 USB first version 1.0 has made successfully then USB 2.0 has released in the market.
 At present 64GB pen drive has released in the market.
